Skills & Competencies:

  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Effective sales and Negotiation Skills
  • Thorough knowledge of company products.
  • Execution and results orientation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools and ERP relative modules.
Education & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in interior Design or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing within a Furniture showroom.
  • Experience in achieving or exceeding sales targets is an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible hours

Description
In this role, you will maximize the sales and support the company to reach its objectives while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Service the clients in the showrooms and provide the right recommendation/introduce new items for purchase.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly and yearly target set by a predefined table according to Showroom sales and employee’s salary.
  • Ensure Sales Orders SO and transfers are updated on NAV system & follow the correct operation process.
  • Ensure the customer CRM file is completed and updated and avoid CRM file duplications
  • Ensure on a daily basis, proper display, in sales consultant’s section, of items as per VM plan, and that the correct price tags and QR codes tags are attached in a proper way.
  • Ensure the showroom is clean as per our hygienic standards.
  • Ensure that the clients are serviced to the highest customer service standard and as per company policy.
  • Follow up and report any delay on:
    • The design approval phase with client and Design & technical departments
    • The production phase with the factory “Intercasa”
    • Client’s payment settlement and delivery schedule
  • Continuous Update of CRM & NAV regarding all customer activities, feedbacks on collections, service, needs.
