You bring accuracy, structure, and a deep understanding of UAE VAT regulations. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintain confidentiality with ease, and collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams.
Skills & Competencies:
Solid knowledge of UAE VAT regulations, returns, and compliance.
Bookkeeping and financial record-keeping for SMEs.
Proficiency in accounting software (Excel, QuickBooks, Zoho, Tally, etc.).
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
Ability to prepare VAT reports and handle VAT filings.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Time management and organizational skills.
Integrity in handling sensitive financial information.
Education & Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in bookkeeping and VAT handling in the UAE.
Knowledge of UAE VAT laws and filing portals.

You will manage daily bookkeeping, VAT compliance, and financial reporting. You will maintain accurate financial records, prepare VAT calculations, coordinate VAT submissions, and ensure full compliance with UAE tax regulations.
