Education & Qualifications:
MBBS AND Specialty degree AND High qualification (Specialty Diploma, Fellowship, PHD, European Board, American, Canadian, German, Irish & UK Board);
Experience not less than 12 years, 7 years after the high qualification will get Consultant level license;
Willing to relocate to Kuwait.
Description
In this role, you will be responsible for treating and repairing any injuries or illnesses to the musculoskeletal system, including the bones, muscles, joints, ligaments, and tendons.
Role & Responsibilities:
Examine and diagnose bone, joint, ligament, and other musculoskeletal problems.
Develop personalized treatment plans using surgical and non-surgical interventions.
Perform a range of orthopedic surgeries, such as joint replacements, arthroscopic surgeries, and fracture repairs.
Prescribe medication for pain and recovery and refer patients to physical therapy or other specialists as needed.
Provide expert advice and guidance to patients and their families, and consult with other healthcare professionals.
Work with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, physical therapists, and radiologists.
Supervise and mentor junior surgeons and medical staff.
Participate in quality assurance reviews and performance-improvement functions to enhance patient care processes.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in orthopedic surgery through continuous medical education and training.
