In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, managing and nurturing long-term relationships with key stakeholders. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service, strategic insights, and customized solutions to meet their business goals. You will collaborate closely with our consulting teams to deliver on client expectations and foster positive, ongoing partnerships.
role & responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, inquiries, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Understand clients’ business objectives, challenges, and strategies to offer tailored solutions and support.
Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to ensure project milestones are met and to gather feedback on performance.
Assisting Russian-speaking clients with business setup and licensing.
Coordinating with various UAE government entities.
Document processing and attestation.
Account Growth & Retention:
Identify opportunities for account growth, including cross-selling and upselling additional services or solutions.
Ensure client retention by providing ongoing value, demonstrating ROI, and fostering a deep understanding of client needs.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that exceed client expectations and contribute to long-term partnerships.
Project Oversight & Coordination:
Work closely with project managers and consultants to ensure successful delivery of services, meeting agreed timelines and budgets.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively address any issues that may arise.
Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of reports, presentations, and other client deliverables.
Client Advocacy & Strategic Insights:
Serve as the client’s advocate within the firm, ensuring their voice is heard and their needs are prioritized.
Provide strategic guidance to clients based on industry insights, market trends, and best practices.
Assist clients in identifying long-term business opportunities and areas for improvement.
Internal Collaboration:
Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and consulting teams to align client expectations with service delivery.
Assist in the preparation of client proposals, presentations, and contracts in collaboration with relevant teams.
Provide valuable feedback to internal teams regarding client needs and market trends to enhance service offers.
