In the role of Client Growth Advisory you act as the orchestrator of client success. After the sales team closes a partnership, the Client Growth Advisory steps in as the main interface with doctors and clinics: ensuring their growth journey is smooth, structured, and impactful. This role blends strategy, research, collaboration, and leadership by guiding clinics through business development, coordinating with marketing, and ensuring performance is continuously monitored and optimized.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main liaison between our organization and doctors/clinics after onboarding.
Guide clients in completing needs assessments and surveys to shape strategic plans.
Support doctors and clinics in business development initiatives to grow their practices.
Collaborate with the marketing team and external agencies to design and execute 360° marketing campaigns.
Oversee marketing deliverables, photo/video shoots, and ensure brand consistency.
Analyze doctor/clinic performance on the app and across social media channels.
Conduct research and provide strategic recommendations based on data and industry trends.
Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
