When you meet Zyrhalyn, you quickly discover a warm personality, but she prefers you call her Sai. “I’m a bit shy but always eager to shine!” she says with a smile. Her journey with Alert started just a year ago, and what a year it’s been!
Before joining Alert, Sai’s experience was rooted in employee relations and benefits in the Philippines. However, she always had her eyes set on a career in Talent Acquisition. “When Veronica contacted me about the role, I got interested, even though I lacked experience in Recruitment,” Sai recalls. Despite this, she was drawn to the opportunity. “Getting to know Alert during the interview made me understand that there would be training and growth opportunities. After the interviews, I was accepted.”
Sai quickly discovered that work satisfaction is deeply connected to personal happiness. “Being satisfied at work impacts your life, making it blissful and meaningful. Being in sync with colleagues and the environment defines a Happy.Work.Life for me,” she shares.
One of the key factors that motivated Sai to join Alert was their commitment to training. “Alert’s training approach would personally help me gain knowledge in Recruitment. They are open to people who don’t have prior knowledge about the job but are willing to train those interested in learning,” Sai explains. This openness to development allowed her to grow rapidly in her role.
What Sai loves most about working at Alert is the freedom to be herself. “I don’t have to shift my personality or become super formal when coming to work; I can be the same as I am at home,” she says. This authentic environment has made her transition into recruitment a smooth and enjoyable experience.
When asked what makes her job truly fulfilling, Sai’s face lights up. “Feeling my candidates’ excitement when they hear about opportunities is what makes me happy and satisfied,” she says. It’s clear that Sai has found her place at Alert, and her journey is just beginning.
