  • You have at least 1-2 years of proven experience in an administrative support role within a sales or commercial department;
  • You possess an excellent oral and written command of the English language (knowledge of Arabic is a distinct advantage);
  • You have strong organizational, administrative, and data analysis skills, with the ability to create detailed reports;
  • You are comfortable making outbound calls, following up on leads, and executing proactive outreach activities;
  • You are highly precise, accurate, and quick to master a wide range of software applications and CRM systems;
  • You are loyal, reliable, and ready to relocate to or currently based in Dubai.

Description
As a Sales Administrative Assistent in Dubai, you are the operational backbone of the Business Development team. You start your day by updating the CRM system with recent interaction logs and ensuring all customer data is flawlessly archived. Throughout the day, you serve as the welcoming face and voice of the office, managing incoming calls and greeting international guests. You handle the department's calendar, organize logistics for conventions or internal seminars, and assist the team by reaching out to prospects via cold calling to follow up on sales leads. At the end of the week, you dive into the numbers to compile essential KPI and market reports.

What are your responsibilities?

  • Maintaining and meticulously updating the CRM system, including visit reports and follow-up actions;
  • Answering incoming phone calls and acting as the welcoming first point of contact for guests and clients;
  • Managing office supply orders and ensuring timely delivery of sales invoices to the finance department;
  • Efficiently scheduling conference rooms and maintaining an up-to-date departmental calendar;
  • Coordinating, organizing, and attending corporate events, conventions, and seminars as required;
  • Acting as the project coordinator for internal events, overseeing planning, logistics, and follow-up;
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and weekly reporting on commercial KPIs, targets, and divisional sales results;
  • Proactively monitoring industry trends to identify new market opportunities and deliver potential leads.
