To illustrate, Mohammad has more than ten years of experience in Human Resources. His focus areas include recruitment, policy development and large-scale organizational change. What’s more, most of his career has been in the Saudi Arabian healthcare industry, where he has led successful initiatives in talent acquisition, employee engagement and regulatory compliance.
