  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in B2B sales within the apparel, accessories, or textile industry able to understand product, market, and category.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Description
In this role, you will oversee and grow the textile trading operations, managing key accounts, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients, distributors, and suppliers across European markets.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales operations and ensuring consistent revenue growth.
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing customers, distributors, and agents.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in European markets.
  • Negotiate wholesale contracts, bulk deals, and international trade agreements.
  • Oversee pricing strategy, credit management, and collection follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for import/export logistics, shipments, and customs requirements.
  • Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Build and mentor a small sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
