Description
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the quote follow-up process, coordinating order intake procedures, engaging in customer follow-up and marketing activities, and ensuring seamless communication within the team and with clients.
Role & Responsibilities: · Receiving of inquiry, understanding client exact requirement · Client Management by sending email and follow up with requirement and orders · Collect valid documents from customers, including the company license, and copies of the owners' passport, visa, and Emirates ID. · Identify and pursue potential new clients who could benefit from the company's products and services · Prepare at least one newsfeed once in a month and send to the marketing person · Preparation of submittals, quote for the tenders · Contact Management; updating outlook contacts · Yearly overview – Quotations Made/Won & Lost
