Skills & Competencies:

Education & Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or a related field
·       Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in the UAE as a coordinator
·       Strong IT proficiency, especially in MS Office and email systems.
·       Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

Description
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the quote follow-up process, coordinating order intake procedures, engaging in customer follow-up and marketing activities, and ensuring seamless communication within the team and with clients.

Role & Responsibilities:
·       Receiving of inquiry, understanding client exact requirement
·       Client Management by sending email and follow up with requirement and orders
·      Collect valid documents from customers, including the company license, and copies of the owners' passport, visa, and Emirates ID.
·       Identify and pursue potential new clients who could benefit from the company's products and services
·       Prepare at least one newsfeed once in a month and send to the marketing person
·       Preparation of submittals, quote for the tenders
·       Contact Management; updating outlook contacts
·       Yearly overview – Quotations Made/Won & Lost
