Who you are
Your role requires an expertise in Business Development and Account Management. You are highly experienced in developing and implementing strategic and business plans, combined with excellent communication, and negotiation skills. You will identify and pursue business opportunities, build strong client relationships, attract accounts and grow the customer base in the UAE.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and proactively generate business opportunities.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Education & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the UAE.
  • Technical knowledge in radiographic remote control
  • Strong network within the industrial, lifting, and automation sectors.
  • Willingness to travel within the UAE and the GCC region.

Description
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and growing our customer base in the UAE. You will work with industrial clients, lifting solution providers, and automation companies to promote and sell our innovative remote-control systems.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand market share in the UAE.
  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential clients in the industrial and lifting sectors.
  • Provide expert advice on wireless remote control solutions for industrial applications.
  • Prepare, follow up on, and close sales deals and contracts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support.
  • Work closely with the technical and sales team to tailor solutions to customer needs.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to strengthen brand
