Education & Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children is required
• Background in entertainment, animation, hospitality, kids’ events, theatre, or similar field
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage
• Fluent English is required (Russian is a strong advantage)

Description
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations and performance of the animation and entertainment team, ensuring smooth coordination, high-quality guest experiences, and effective execution of events and shows. You will play a key role in supervising entertainers, maintaining standards, and actively supporting entertainment delivery during events.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily work of entertainers and animation staff
• Build and manage weekly schedules in coordination with management
• Assign entertainers to events based on language skills, experience, character type, age group compatibility, and event format
•  Monitor punctuality, appearance, discipline, and overall performance of the team
• Ensure all entertainers follow company SOPs and quality standards
• Support onboarding and training of new team members
• Motivate and guide the team to maintain high energy and performance levels
• Submit operational reports and updates to management
• Track inventory and entertainment supplies
• Assist in planning new games, entertainment programs, and show concepts
• Support seasonal projects and special events
• Continuously contribute to improving department efficiency and guest experience
