Education & Qualifications:

10–15 years of sales experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales and profitability targets.
Strong background in managing and motivating sales teams across regions.
In-depth knowledge of UAE, GCC, and global logistics markets.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating gross profit equivalent to three times the combined cost of your position and the sales team under your leadership.
Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver strategic sales plans to the CEO, focused on achieving measurable business results
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance, accountability, and achievement of individual and team sales targets.
Ensure generation of gross profit equal to at least 3x the combined cost of the sales team, through effective selling, upselling, and client retention.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts to maximize client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding, transportation, and warehousing services across the UAE and GCC region.
Monitor sales performance, prepare detailed sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business reviews for senior management.
Work closely with operations and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Set KPIs for sales personnel, conduct regular performance evaluations, and initiate corrective actions as needed.
Oversee the preparation of commercial proposals and quotations in line with market trends and profitability benchmarks.
Stay informed about market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends to inform sales tactics and positioning.
