  • You possess an excellent oral and written command of the English language;
  • You have a proven track record in cold calling, B2B sales, or business development (recruitment/HR industry experience is a plus);
  • You are highly proficient with MS Office, internet tools, and social media platforms for business sourcing;
  • You are proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently to achieve agreed budgets and commercial KPIs;
  • You are flexible and resilient when dealing with ad-hoc situations, always maintaining a clear overview;
  • You are loyal, reliable, highly representative, and ready to relocate to or currently based in Dubai.

Description
As a Business Development Executive in Dubai, your primary focus is to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and generating new business opportunities. Together with the Branch Manager, you will draw up a strategic acquisition plan to expand our customer portfolio. You will proactively approach prospects through cold calling, networking events, and targeted sales activities. You will schedule and conduct high-level corporate appointments—partnering with the Business Unit Manager when necessary—to pitch our services, negotiate placement fees, and close lucrative deals.

What are your responsibilities?

  • Drawing up a clear and strategic acquisition plan in close collaboration with the Branch Manager;
  • Actively sourcing, cold calling, and approaching corporate prospects to generate new business leads;
  • Conducting structural, high-quality follow-ups with prospects to optimize and build long-term relationships;
  • Making clear, solid, and professional commercial agreements with international business relations;
  • Negotiating competitive placement fees with clients in accordance with established company guidelines;
  • Staying fully informed about market trends, core businesses, corporate cultures, and preferences of your clients;
  • Accurately processing and logging all telephone calls, visits, and communication history in the CRM system;
  • Monitoring your own sales performance, achieving commercial targets, and providing weekly reports to the Business Unit Manager.
