You are a creative and proactive content marketing professional with a passion for storytelling and brand building. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of your work, and create engaging content that connects with diverse audiences across multiple platforms.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for corporate, recruitment, and lifestyle/property audiences.
Strong understanding of brand expression across digital, print, merchandise, events, and office environments.
Proficient in AI tools (e.g., Claude) to enhance research, content creation, and repurposing while maintaining quality.
Creative, self-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Familiar with CMS platforms, social media scheduling tools, and basic analytics.
Languages: English and Dutch are mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.
Education & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of content marketing or communications experience within the GCC, ideally across B2B and B2C.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities and minimal direction.
Description
As our Content Marketer, you turn the company's expertise and brand into content that attracts the right audience and converts their attention into leads, applications, and revenue. You'll own the content strategy across two distinct businesses — real estate and HR business partner — defining how each brand is positioned and perceived, across digital and offline channels. From long-form articles to video scripts, from social campaigns to events and brand experiences: if it tells our story, it runs through you.
Role & Responsibilities:
Content strategy & planning: Build and maintain a content calendar per entity; translate business goals (candidate attraction, client acquisition, property promotion) into content themes and formats.
Content creation: Write and produce blogs, social media posts, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, vacancy texts, property descriptions, and website copy. Coordinate visual content (photo/video) with freelancers or agencies.
Channel-appropriate storytelling: Adapt tone, messaging, and content format to suit diverse target audiences, including B2B decision-makers, job seekers, and property buyers, tenants, and investors.
Employer branding & thought leadership: Develop content that positions the group's entities as authorities in their markets (market insights, success stories, real estate market updates).
Owned channel management: Manage day-to-day publishing on social media accounts and website/blog content (in coordination with the Online Marketeer once hired).
Content performance: Track engagement, reach and content-driven conversions; iterate based on what works.
