Skills & Competencies:

  • Sales & Negotiation: Proven closing and client management in UAE real estate.
  • Leadership & Coaching: Skilled in onboarding, mentoring, and motivating 3–8 agents while managing personal sales.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of UAE processes (RERA/DLD), off-plan, and secondary markets.
  • Tools & Tech: Proficient in CRM systems, Property Finder, and Bayut.
  • Performance Management: Ability to track KPIs, resolve team issues, and drive targets.
Education & Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2–4+ years in UAE real estate with a proven track record.
  • Credentials: Valid UAE real estate/RERA certification required; relevant degree preferred.


Description
In this role, you will act as a player-coach, maintaining your own sales performance while taking day-to-day ownership of a real estate sales team. You will be responsible for driving team activity and results, coaching and onboarding agents, maintaining pipeline discipline, and stepping in for the Sales Director when required. The successful candidate will combine strong individual sales performance with the ability to develop and drive team performance, with a clear pathway toward future sales management.

Role & Responsibilities:

Personal Sales & Business Development

  • Maintain and develop your own listings, buyer/tenant pipeline and client relationships while leading the team.
  • Achieve individual sales targets appropriate to a player-coach role.
  • Handle high-value, complex or strategic transactions and demonstrate best-practice sales and negotiation techniques.
  • Remain active in the market through client meetings, viewings, negotiations, listings and deal closures.
Team Coaching & Development
  • Lead daily/weekly team huddles covering pipeline, priorities, activity levels, objections and sales performance.
  • Coach agents through role-play, call reviews, viewing feedback and objection-handling practice.
  • Support the onboarding of new agents, including CRM processes, lead handling, sales scripts and relevant RERA/DLD requirements.
  • Develop and maintain practical sales playbooks, scripts, listing presentations and closing checklists to create consistent team standards.
Team Performance Management
  • Own and monitor team KPIs including calls, viewings, listings, offers, pipeline activity and closed transactions.
  • Maintain clear visibility of team activity through CRM dashboards or agreed performance trackers.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 performance discussions and provide targeted coaching to agents who are behind target.
  • Work with the Sales Director and Managing Director on performance improvement plans, reassignment or other actions where required.
  • Manage lead distribution fairly and transparently to support productivity, accountability and team motivation.
Leadership & Sales Director Support
  • Lead team meetings and provide performance updates to brokerage leadership when the Sales Director is unavailable.
  • Support operational decision-making within agreed authority limits, including deal structures, commission matters and listing-related decisions.
  • Handle escalated client issues, agent concerns, disputes and urgent negotiation matters professionally.
  • Support recruitment by screening candidates, participating in interviews and helping ensure the team remains adequately staffed.
Culture, Motivation & Retention
  • Build a high-performance, collaborative and accountable team culture.
  • Recognize individual and team achievements and maintain morale during challenging market conditions or deal setbacks.
  • Act as the first point of resolution for day-to-day team conflicts before escalation to senior management.
  • Lead by example through consistent activity, professionalism, market knowledge and ethical sales practices.
