Description
In this role, you will act as the operational backbone of the real estate sales team, ensuring the seamless execution of transactions from deal closure to completion. You will manage all documentation, system updates, compliance requirements, and client communication, while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficiency and accuracy throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Role & Responsibilities:
Deal Administration & Documentation

  • Prepare, review, and manage all sales and transaction documentation (forms, agreements, contracts, etc.)
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of all deal files prior to submission
  • Coordinate with brokers, developers, and third parties to finalize documentation
  • Track deal progress from initial agreement to completion
CRM & System Management
  • Accurately update all deals, client information, and transaction stages in the CRM/system
  • Maintain clean, structured, and up-to-date data
  • Ensure all documentation is properly uploaded and linked to each deal
Sales Team Support
  • Act as the primary operational support for the sales team
  • Assist with preparing proposals, documentation, and deal-related materials
  • Ensure smooth handover from sales to operations after deal closure
  • Follow up internally to maintain transaction momentum
Client Communication (Post-Sales)
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients after deal closure
  • Provide updates on transaction progress and next steps
  • Handle client queries professionally, ensuring high service standards
  • Maintain strong client relationships throughout the transaction lifecycle
AML / KYC Compliance
  • Conduct and manage AML and KYC checks in line with UAE regulations
  • Ensure all required documentation is collected, verified, and recorded
  • Identify and flag any compliance risks or irregularities
  • Maintain organized records for audit purposes
Coordination with External Parties
  • Liaise with developers, trustees, banks, and government entities
  • Support property registration, transfers, and payment processes
  • Ensure timely submission of documents to relevant authorities
Process Control & Improvement
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes and SOPs
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
  • Support maintaining high-quality standards across all transactions
