You are a detail-oriented and commercially minded legal professional with strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations. You are confident in providing practical legal advice, reviewing contracts, and supporting business operations while ensuring legal compliance.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of UAE commercial, corporate, and labour laws.
Excellent legal drafting, contract review, and negotiation skills.
Ability to identify legal risks and provide practical business solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal documentation.
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
Qualified Lawyer eligible to provide legal advisory services in the UAE.
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in an in-house legal role or business consultancy firm.
Experience in company formation, licensing, corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and commercial contract drafting/review.

As an In-House Lawyer, you will provide legal guidance and support across the business, ensuring compliance with UAE laws and regulations while minimizing legal risk. You will be responsible for reviewing contracts, advising internal stakeholders on legal matters, supporting corporate transactions, and ensuring legal documentation is accurate and compliant. This role requires a proactive legal professional with experience in the UAE business consultancy sector and the ability to balance legal requirements with commercial objectives.
Role & Responsibilities:
Legal Advisory & Compliance:
Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
Ensure compliance with UAE laws and company policies.
Monitor legal updates and advise management on potential impacts.
Contract Management:
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts and legal documents.
Identify legal risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
Corporate Support:
Assist with company formation, licensing, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with government authorities and external legal counsel when required.
Risk & Dispute Management:
Assess legal risks and support dispute resolution.
Prepare legal correspondence and coordinate with external lawyers when necessary.
Stakeholder Support:
Provide timely legal guidance to internal departments.
Support business operations while protecting the company's legal interests.
