Description
In this role, you will lead the expansion of the brand through strategic franchise partnerships across the UAE and international markets. This role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, structuring high-value deals, and driving successful market entry to ensure long-term, sustainable growth.
Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute franchise expansion strategies aligned with business objectives
Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners and new market opportunities
Lead negotiations and finalize franchise agreements
Conduct market research and feasibility studies for new territories
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding of franchise partners
Monitor franchise performance and ensure alignment with brand standards
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
Travel across the region as required to support deal-making and expansion activities
Success Metrics
Establish a strong franchise pipeline within the first 3–6 months
Secure and close initial franchise deals within 6–12 months
Successfully expand into key GCC markets, including KSA, Qatar, and Kuwait
