  • UAE (DOH, DHA) and Saudi (MOH/CCHI); cross-border campaigns.
  • SEO, social media, CRM, automation, analytics, patient journey mapping.
  • Market Intelligence: GCC trends, service expansion, new patient segments.
  • Leading teams, managing agencies, aligning with clinical, ops, HR, finance.
  • Managing budgets, ROI, acquisition, retention metrics.
  • Compliance & Cultural Sensitivity: Healthcare regulations, ethical communication, GCC norms.
Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related; Master’s preferred.
  • 15+ years marketing, 5+ in leadership; healthcare/multi-facility preferred.
  • Certifications (CIM, Digital, PR/Comms) advantageous.
  • Arabic speaker with UAE experience; KSA a plus.

Description

In this role, you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of marketing, branding, and communications across multi-facility operations in the UAE, KSA, and emerging markets. You will drive consistent brand positioning, reputation management, and patient engagement, supporting business growth through integrated, data-driven marketing strategies. The role includes overseeing digital, B2B, and patient-focused initiatives, managing cross-border teams and agencies, and aligning marketing activities with clinical, operational, HR, and finance objectives. You will also ensure compliance with regional healthcare regulations and deliver culturally sensitive communications.


Role & Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and execute group-wide marketing and communications strategy, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Oversee annual marketing plans, budgets, and performance metrics aligned with business goals.

Communications & Reputation Management

  • Lead internal and external communications, media relations, and crisis response.
  • Protect and enhance brand reputation across all channels and facilities.

Digital Marketing & Patient Engagement

  • Drive digital strategy, including website, social media, SEO, content, and patient engagement platforms.
  • Monitor online reputation, patient feedback, and optimize engagement campaigns.

Market Intelligence & Growth Support

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and patient insights.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Operations to identify opportunities for patient acquisition, referral growth, and retention.

Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor marketing teams across UAE and KSA; manage agencies and vendors.
  • Align marketing strategies with executive leadership, clinical, and operations teams.
  • Ensure consistent brand application and marketing standards across all facilities.
