Who you are
You are a dedicated nurse with excellent communication skills and good knowledge of cosmetic dermatology procedures. You understand patients’ needs and expectations, provide high-quality care, and stay updated with the latest aesthetic technologies and treatments.
Skills & Competencies:
Hands-on experience with laser/IPL, injectables, and energy-based treatments
Knowledge of skin types, dermatological conditions, and cosmeceuticals

Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing
Valid nursing license in Kuwait
Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience, including 1 year in dermatology/aesthetics
BLS certification
Experience with EMR and clinic management systems
Certification/training in aesthetic or cosmetic procedures
Able to assist doctors with injectable and aesthetic procedures
Description
This role supports physicians during consultations and procedures while safely performing treatments like lasers, chemical peels, and microneedling. You handle end to end patient care, including taking medical histories, giving medications, and guiding patients on pre- and post-treatment care. Additionally, you will ensure safety and compliance by keeping accurate medical records, maintaining clean treatment rooms, and monitoring patient recovery.
Role & Responsibilities:
Clinical support: Assist physicians during dermatological consultations, minor surgical procedures, and cosmetic treatments, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout.
Aesthetic treatments: Perform and support aesthetic procedures within scope of practice and clinic protocols including laser and IPL treatments, chemical peels, microneedling, hydra facials, mesotherapy, and skin analysis; assist with injectable procedures (botulinum toxin, dermal fillers) as delegated and supervised. (A plus)
Procedure preparation: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilise and set up instruments, verify equipment calibration, and ensure all consumables and emergency supplies are stocked and in date.
Patient care: Take patient histories, document skin conditions, complete consent forms, and provide clear pre-treatment instructions and post-treatment aftercare guidance.
Medication & monitoring: Administer medications and topical agents as prescribed, and monitor patients for adverse reactions, escalating any complications to the supervising physician promptly.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, confidential electronic patient records, treatment logs, and photographic documentation of results.
Safety & compliance: Adhere to infection-control, health-and-safety, and clinical-governance standards; participate in audits and equipment maintenance schedules.
Patient education: Educate patients on skincare regimens and recommend appropriate products and follow-up treatments in line with their care plan.
Stock control: Support inventory management of medical and cosmetic stock, flagging reorder needs to the clinical lead.
