Who you are
You are an experienced finance leader with expertise in financial reporting, compliance, strategic planning, and ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA. You have a strong ability to align finance operations with technology-driven transformation, improve processes, and ensure governance and compliance while delivering strategic business insights.

Skills & Competencies:

• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI, CO, TRM, AA, MM, SD integration)
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, consolidation, and statutory compliance
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Leadership, stakeholder management, and project coordination
• Proven track record in automation and digital transformation initiatives
• Excellent communication skills with a strong governance mindset
• Ability to translate financial data into business strategy

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership
• Hands-on experience leading SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation and transformation projects
• Manufacturing and multinational experience preferred

Description
You will be working as Deputy CFO, supporting the CFO in managing the company's financial operations, strategic planning, and financial governance. You will lead financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and business performance while driving finance transformation through the implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA. Your role will focus on improving financial controls, automating processes, enhancing reporting accuracy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and partnering with senior leadership to support business growth and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the CFO in managing financial operations, planning, and governance.
• Coordinating with SAP Consultantts for implementation of SAP Fiori Applications integrated with S/$HANA Modules
• Oversee financial reporting, month-end/year-end closing, account consolidation, and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
• Improve finance processes through automation, system enhancements, and digital transformation.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Deliver accurate financial reports and insights to support business decisions.
• Improve reporting efficiency and shorten financial close timelines.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive operational improvements.
• Maintain strong internal controls, risk management, and audit readiness.
• Develop and mentor the finance team while promoting SAP adoption and best practices.
• Partner with senior leadership to support business growth and strategic initiatives.
