Registered Nurse (UAE national only)

Their UAE facilities in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi feature modified villa complexes providing expert medical care, dedicated rehabilitation, on-site pharmacy, support services, spacious gardens, and outdoor recreational spaces for patients and families.

Who you are
You are compassionate UAE registered nurse carry out clinical practice ensuring that high quality, current evidence-based nursing assessment, care planning, implementation, interventions and evaluations for residents are provided from admission through to discharge.  

Skills & Competencies:

• Able to communicate effectively verbally and written in English   
• ACLS, PALS relevant to area of  specialty. Note: This excludes programs comprising 2 years nursing + 1 Year Midwifery or Community Health.  Holders of such programs  
• Qualify as Practical Nurses

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification of not less than 3 years study duration in “Nursing” from accredited program
• Or B. associate degree Nurses from North America. (Binding), with evidence of passing the National exam (USA: NCLEX - RN) - Canada: Licensing Exam.
• Valid DOH license or eligibility
• BLS
• Not less than 2 years clinical experience  post qualification in appropriate setting. Note: Experience waived for UAE nursing graduates after internship
• Due to government Emiratisation rules and regulations, only UAE nationals with passport and family book can be considered for this role

• Identifies early discharge needs to overcome potential recovery barriers
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team during daily clinical rounds
• Communicates patient status changes promptly to the primary physician
• Educates patients and families to support long-term self-management
• Counsels families through difficult health transitions and emotional grief
• Supervises health care assistants and delegates clinical duties appropriately
• Monitors vital signs and records detailed progress notes regularly
• Applies current evidence-based research directly to daily clinical care
• Maintains strict patient confidentiality and secure health documentation standards
• Prepares patients for safe transitions from admission to discharge
• Adheres to professional workplace ethics and organizational safety policies
• Manages clinical workloads efficiently during high-stress care situations
