8 - 10+ years of sales experience in tents, temporary structures, modular buildings, or similar construction solutions
Established client network in Qatar and the GCC preferred
Valid driving license
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Description
In this role, you will lead sales initiatives, manage key accounts, and develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth across Qatar and the GCC. You will oversee complex, project-based sales, maintain strong client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
Manage and expand key accounts across events, exhibitions, oil & gas, military, government, and industrial sectors
Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in Qatar and regional markets
Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value contracts
Coordinate with engineering, production, and operations teams to deliver customized solutions
Maintain long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and end clients
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management
Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
Mentor and support junior sales team members when required
