Who you are
Commercially driven Business Development professional with 5+ years of UAE real estate, property, and community management experience. Proven track record of identifying opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through an established network of developers, property owners, and senior stakeholders. Confident in high-level client presentations, complex negotiations, and closing high-value deals. Fluent in Arabic and English, with a UAE driving license.

BD & sales expertise in UAE property/real estate markets

Target-driven, proactive, results-oriented, & proficient in CRMs/MS Office
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
5+ years of sales/BD experience within UAE real estate or facilities management
Established network within the UAE developer community
Native/fluent bilingual communication skills (Arabic & English)
Proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets
Description
In this role, you will be responsible for driving business development activities and expanding the company's community management portfolio across the UAE. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with developers and key stakeholders, promote the company's services, and secure new community management contracts. The role requires a proactive and results-driven professional who can represent the company at industry events, generate new leads, and contribute to the company's growth objectives.
Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with developers and real estate stakeholders
Attend industry events, exhibitions, networking sessions, and developer meetings
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients
Build and maintain relationships with developers, owners' associations, and key decision-makers
Promote the company as the preferred community management partner
Negotiate commercial terms and support contract finalization
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide forecasts and reports
Coordinate with operational teams for smooth project implementation
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
