In this role, you will independently manage client relationships, drive revenue generation, and close off-plan property transactions within the Dubai market. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through investment decisions while maintaining a strong personal pipeline and delivering consistent sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities: Commercial
Generate and manage a consistent sales pipeline
Conduct client consultations and present off-plan property opportunities
Negotiate and close deals independently
Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
Operational
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking
Coordinate with internal teams (legal, admin) to ensure smooth transaction processes
Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
Client & Market Expertise
Provide advisory based on current market insights and trends
Specialize in off-plan developments and new project launches
