Education & Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of experience as an ABA Therapist
Relevant ABA certification
CDA license (mandatory)
Experience with children with neurodevelopmental or behavioral needs
Multilingual candidates preferred
Description
In this role, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children, supporting their behavioral, social, and developmental progress through structured and individualized intervention plans.
Role & Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions based on treatment plans
Implement behavior intervention strategies and monitor progress
Record and maintain accurate session data and reports
Collaborate with supervisors and multidisciplinary teams to adjust therapy plans
Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
Engage with parents and caregivers to provide guidance and progress updates
Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging therapy environment
Maintain compliance with CDA regulations and centre policies
