Education & Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• MBA or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage
• Minimum of 5+ years of similar experience in the similar industry

Description
In this role, you will oversee the setup, operations, and performance of a new branch in Qatar. You will ensure smooth operational workflows, manage the branch team, and maintain high standards of service and compliance.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all branch operations, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and goals
• Monitor and report on branch performance, KPIs, and financial results
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar regulations
• Implement strategies to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability
• Act as the main point of contact for the branch, representing the company professionally
• Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment
• Commit to being fully based in Qatar to manage day-to-day branch operations
