Who you are
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telemarketing, sales, or business development, with a focus on driving client acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages (such as Spanish, Arabic, Mandarin, or Hindi) are advantageous.
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and optimize strategies for better performance.
Proficiency in CRM and lead management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Additional certifications in Sales Management or Financial Markets are a plus.
Minimum 7 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or business development, preferably in financial products such as equities, forex, or options.
Proven experience in managing telesales teams including strategy development, training, scripting, market research, frontline sales management, and performance evaluations.

Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the telemarketing strategy to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing telemarketing team focused on client acquisition and retention.
Set clear KPIs and performance targets for the team, ensuring they meet or exceed objectives.
Ensure telemarketing scripts and sales pitches align with regulatory guidelines and best practices.
Monitor call quality and provide feedback to enhance client communication and engagement.
Work closely with the sales teams to convert leads into active traders.
Provide regular reports to senior management on telemarketing performance and business impact.
