Their in-house workshop offers hydro-testing and after-sales support, reinforcing their reputation for reliability. They are now expanding into the KSA market.

Who you are
You have a strong sales background in industrial products. The ideal candidate has to have a proven experience in sales, preferably in the KSA market, and a mechanical engineering.

Skills & Competencies:
·       Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
·       Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·       Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.

Education & Qualifications:
·       Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
·       Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in KSA, preferably in a similar industry.
·       Strong understanding of KSA market dynamics and customer needs.

Description
In this role, you would be responsible for a variety of tasks related to sales, customer support, and business development. Some of the key responsibilities could include:

Sales & Market Growth:

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets for the KSA region.
  • Drive revenue growth while maximizing gross margin in line with company objectives.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Client & Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Provide ongoing technical and sales support to customers.
  • Collaborate with consultants to specify our products and include them in vendor lists.
Technical & Market Expertise:
  • Offer technical product support, ensuring solutions meet project specifications.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Reporting & Administration:
  • Provide regular updates to management on sales activities and market conditions.
  • Oversee payment collection and resolve any related issues.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
