Education & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor in relevant field (Chemistry, Administration, Logistics, etc.);
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales coordination, documentation, or sales/logistics within the chemical distribution industry is mandatory;
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively with sales teams, logistics teams, and other cross-functional groups;
  • Sound understanding of chemical products, distribution processes, and logistics within the chemical industry;

Our client is hiring an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator for their Paints & Construction department. The main purpose of this role is to provide the necessary support to the team of Business Development and Sales Manages. This role is the point of reference for both colleagues and customers, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation, and information. The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the organization. 

  • Coordinate with the sales team to process customer orders promptly and accurately.
  • Prepare and review necessary documentation, including invoices, purchase orders, shipping documents, and contracts.
  • Communicate with clients to confirm orders, provide shipment updates, and address any inquiries.
  • Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure on-time and safe delivery of products to customers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock to meet customer demands.
  • Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.
  • Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, shipments, and deliveries.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and regulations.
  • Continuously identify process improvements to enhance sales coordination efficiency.
