You are a qualified and experienced Registrar of Emergency Medicine with an ICU subspecialty seeking a challenging and exciting opportunity with a hospital that provides world-class medical services.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent decision-making skills, knowledge of the latest medical developments, genuine care and concern for the patients;
Excellent communication skills, native Arab speaker + well-spoken English;
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team of healthcare professionals;
Work well in high-stress environments;
Education & Qualifications:
MBBS and Specialty Master's Degree
Not less than 7 years of experience, 2 years after the Master's degree;
Willing to relocate to Kuwait.
Description
As a Registrar of Emergency Medicine, your main responsibilities will include
:
Perform triage on incoming patients to manage ER workload.
Oversee patient care, treatment, and recovery.
Participate in clinical research and studies.
Maintain clinical records in compliance with regulations and standards.
Clear patients for discharge or refer to specialists for further procedures.
Conduct follow-ups to monitor patient progress.
