Their 1,000 healthcare professionals work together to provide essential healthcare services, including a specialized department for Essential Wellness within the concept of Integrative Medicine.

Education & Qualifications:
  • MBBS AND Specialty Master Degree
  • ICU certification/subspecialty is mandatory
  • Not less than 7 years of experience, 2 years after the Master's degree;
  • Willing to relocate to Kuwait.

Description
In this role, you will support senior consultants in managing anesthesia during surgeries and caring for critically ill ICU patients. You are a dedicated Registrar eager to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct preoperative evaluations, including history reviews and physical exams.
  • Assess anesthesia risks and collaborate on anesthetic plans.
  • Assist in administering anesthesia and monitor vital signs during surgeries.
  • Oversee recovery in the PACU, managing pain and stability.
  • Communicate patient status with nursing staff and families.
  • Provide critical care in the ICU, including advanced monitoring, intubation, and ventilator management.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and handle anesthesia-related emergencies.
  • Ensure adherence to infection control, health and safety, and risk management protocols.
  • Maintain high standards of patient care, customer service, and ethical behavior.
