Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) is a plus.
1-2 years’ experience in real estate development industry is a plus.
Proficiency in HR software and MOHRE website.
Proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes within our organization.
Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals.
Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Develop and monitor overall HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
Administer compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct performance management and support employee development initiatives.
Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by promoting workplace safety and wellness programs.
Maintain HR records and reports to track key HR metrics.
Foster a positive workplace culture and promote diversity and inclusion.
Support management in strategic decision-making related to workforce planning and organizational development.
