Who you are
You possess strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, expertise in documentation, visa processing, onboarding, and coordination with outsourced PROs.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms.
Education & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years HR experience in the UAE, preferably in a generalist role.

Description
In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR documentation, processing visas, handling onboarding and licensing, coordinating with outsourced PROs, and supporting HR policy implementation.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and termination documents in compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Ensure timely renewal and tracking of all employee-related documentation.
  • Stay updated on relevant government procedures and ensure compliance with labor and immigration laws.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, including documentation, orientation, system access, and welcome kits.
  • Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Manage exit procedures including clearance, final settlement, and exit interviews.
  • Assist in developing, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with UAE labor law.
  • Ensure company policies are communicated effectively across departments.
  • Monitor policy adherence and update procedures as necessary.
  • Act as the main point of contact with outsourced PRO services for visa, medicals, attestation, and other government-related matters.
  • Support day-to-day HR functions including attendance tracking, employee relations, and HR reporting.
  • Assist in internal audits and HR projects as assigned.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
