In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential support in delivering high-quality care to patients. This role involves assisting with daily activities and basic care needs, enhancing patients’ quality of life, and ensuring their overall well-being.
Role & Responsibilities:
Aides the patients with everyday needs and daily activities.
Under supervision of the Registered Nurse, provides all levels of basic care, ADLs and Quality of Life nursing care
Reports all patient and family related findings to the assigned Registered Nurse.
Actively participates as an integral member of the nursing team and carries out assigned tasks.
