Their 1,000 healthcare professionals work together to provide essential health care services in inpatient, outpatient and a specialized department for Essential Wellness within the concept of Integrative Medicine.

Education & Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree as Chartered Accountant;
  • Extensive senior level accountancy experience;
  • Significant management experience;
  • Minimum 20 years’ experience in financial management, preferred background in one of The Big Four;
  • Working experience in healthcare industry highly preferred (or handling a group of companies);
  • Knowledge and expertise in developing and implementing financial & materials management policies, programs and protocols;
  • Currently located in Kuwait;

Description
Our client is looking to hire a Finance Director who will be reporting directly to the CEO and shall be responsible for the overall strategic and operational management of the Finance and sub related departments.

  • Ascertaining the present financial strategies of the organization;
  • Revising and determining the core financial strategies in consultation with the top management;
  • Assesses, plans, directs and evaluates strategic changes to improve delivery of financial services within the organization;
  • Introduces corporate equity and capital structure to facilitate organization level account consolidation, analysis and evaluation of organization’s performance;
  • Ensures compliance to International Accounting Standards (IAS) in financial accounting and reporting;
  • Initiates projects to leverage use of ERP System to improve the financial performance;
  • Reviews the current operational performance of clinical departments within the organization and makes appropriate recommendations. Advises the top management on all the issues related to the financial decisions including analyzing and appraising the current financial position of all individual departments;
  • Manages the day to day operations of account receivables, payables, payroll and inventory management;
  • Monitors the implementation of all financial policies and procedures;
