Our client is a well-established dental clinic with 4 centers in different locations in Kuwait. They are working at re-branding and expanding their services. Currently they are launching a Dermatology and Skincare project in Kuwait. Offering more medical services to their clients, with a main focus on quality of service and experience.

Who you are
You possess a deep understanding of dental lab procedures, particularly related to ceramics, CAD/CAM systems, and restoration techniques.

Education & Qualifications:
  • With MOH License and NOC from previous company.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Ceramic & CadCam experiece
  • Valid Kuwaiti licence to practice

Description
In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality dental restorations using CAD/CAM technology, contributing to the company's commitment to excellence in dental care.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Ceramic Work:
    • Prepare, polish, and finish ceramic dental restorations, including crowns, bridges, veneers, and inlays.
    • Ensure optimal fit, color, and durability of ceramic restorations according to the specifications provided by the dentist.
    • Troubleshoot and refine ceramic restorations as needed to ensure patient satisfaction and high-quality results.
  • CAD/CAM Expertise:
    • Operate and manage CAD/CAM systems (e.g., 3Shape, CEREC, or similar) to design and fabricate digital dental restorations.
    • Work closely with the CAD/CAM team to optimize restoration designs for precision and accuracy.
    • Modify and finalize CAD designs for crowns, bridges, and other dental appliances.
    • Ensure the smooth integration of digital workflows from scanning, design, to milling/fabrication.
  • Restoration & Prosthetics:
    • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure correct fit and function of restorations.
    • Assist in developing and maintaining a consistent, high-quality product range that meets the needs of both dentists and patients.
    • Perform quality control checks to guarantee restorations meet industry standards and patient specifications.
  • Cleaning & Hygiene:
    • Follow sterilization protocols and cleanliness standards to maintain a hygienic workspace.
    • Prepare and clean tools, equipment, and materials as necessary, ensuring proper maintenance of lab instruments.
  • Technical Support & Collaboration:
    • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff on proper ceramic techniques and CAD/CAM systems.
    • Provide technical support and guidance to dental professionals regarding lab work, ceramic restorations, and CAD/CAM workflows.
