Who you are
You are an experienced logistics and air cargo professional with over 10 years of expertise in airline cargo operations. You have a proven track record in managing large-scale cargo operations, business development, and compliance with international aviation regulations
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Deep understanding of air cargo operations, freight forwarding, and logistics
Excellent knowledge of IATA and GCAA regulations
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to develop and execute commercial strategies
Experience in budget management and P&L responsibilities
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Aviation, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
Minimum 10 years of experience in cargo airline operations
Strong business development and client relationship management skills
Proficiency in cargo management systems and logistics technologies

Oversee and manage all cargo airline operations in Dubai
Develop and implement business strategies to expand market presence and revenue
Build and maintain relationships with airlines, freight forwarders, and logistics partners
Ensure compliance with IATA, GCAA, and local aviation laws
Lead business development efforts, identifying new growth opportunities
Optimize logistics processes and cargo handling efficiency
Manage the financial performance of the UAE operations
