Their 110-bed facility offers both inpatient and outpatient services that cover a wide range of medical and surgical specialties. Their 1,000 healthcare professionals work together to provide essential healthcare services in inpatient, outpatient and a specialized department for Essential Wellness within the concept of Integrative Medicine.

Who you are
You are a highly skilled physician with solid experience in diagnosing diseases by examining tissue, cell, and body fluid samples.
Skills & Competencies:
Ability to work long hours, often under pressure;
Ability to analyze complex information;
Active communication skills and the ability to effectively explain medical terms to patients;
A resilient and compassionate personality;
Strong attention to detail.
Education & Qualifications:
MBBS and Specialty degree and High Qualification (Specialty Diploma, Fellowship, PhD, European Board (American, Canadian, German, Irish & UK Board);
Not less than 20 years of experience, 10 years after the high qualification will get a Consultant level license;
Willing to relocate to Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities:
Examine and interpret pathology specimens, including histology, cytology, and molecular diagnostics.
Utilize advanced techniques to improve diagnostic accuracy.
Prepare comprehensive pathology reports, offering diagnoses and recommendations.
Ensure timely communication of critical findings to relevant medical staff.
Provide expert consultations and second opinions on complex cases.
Stay current with advancements in pathology techniques and practices.
Educate and support patients and families regarding procedures and treatment options.
Contribute to the professional development of staff by offering guidance and teaching materials.
Maintain a high standard of patient care, customer service, and ethical conduct.
Adhere to all procedures and policies, including Infection Control, Health and Safety, and Risk Management.
