Who you are
You are a dedicated physician with a subspecialized area of eye and vision care. You have a solid background in providing expert care in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of eye disorders and vision-related issues.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Ability to work long hours, often under pressure;
  • Ability to analyze complex information;
  • Active communication skills and the ability to effectively explain medical terms to patients;
  • A resilient and compassionate personality;
  • Strong attention to detail.
Education & Qualifications:
  • MBBS and Specialty degree and High Qualification (Specialty Diploma, Fellowship, PhD, European Board, American, Canadian, German, Irish & UK Board);
  • Experience not less than 20 years, 10 years after the high qualification will get Consultant level license;
  • Willing to relocate to Kuwait.

In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of eye disorders and vision problems. You will perform comprehensive eye examinations, conduct surgical procedures such as cataract and laser surgeries, and develop personalized treatment plans.   • Perform comprehensive eye examinations to diagnose conditions.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and imaging technologies to assess patient conditions.
  • Execute various surgical procedures.
  • Manage pre-operative and post-operative care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications and therapies.
  • Provide follow-up care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding procedures and treatment options.
  • Helps in the professional development of all staff and provides teaching materials as part of the professional development of the staff;
  • Maintains a work environment that promotes high standards for patient care, customer service, and ethical behavior;
  • Undertakes all work in accordance with the procedures and operating policies, including Infection Control, Health and Safety, Risk Management, etc
