Strong understanding of FX products, market dynamics, and client needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a small but high-performing team of FX/Bullion salespeople and IB teams. Role & Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of FX (Forex) /Bullion salespeople and IB teams.
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team and IB teams to achieve performance targets and enhance client engagement.
Adaption to KPI Management, analyzing performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive sales growth.
Conduct market research and attend trade shows to identify client needs, emerging trends, and competitor activities.
Design and participate in seminars and webinars.
